As exciting and cool as they may look, startups are an unstructured and constraint filled world. Successful entrepreneurs will tell you that they spend as many hours sorting out chaos as they do acquiring customers. Given the urgency of getting the product in shape and monetizing the business, many start-ups paid little or no attention to the nuances of project management.
