Access Permissions
Only administrators can manage webhooks. Your role must also have the Access to Webhooks permission.
An administrator can grant this permission here:
- Go to Main Menu ▸ ▸ Admin ▸ Settings ▸ Access Control
- Open the Company tab
- Find Access to Webhooks and choose Grant for the role
Without this permission, users cannot open Webhooks and may see a Permission Denied message.
Do not give webhook access to client users.
