Frequently Asked Questions
Our qualified support engineers will perform the remote installation of Celoxis software. Before installation, a customer is expected to have created a database instance and an email account for use by the Celoxis application and must present it to the support personnel before the installation.
Configuration of SSL, SSO, LDAP, network services or any other software is not covered as part of this service.
A Customer is expected to install and configure the On-Premise version of Celoxis.
There will first be a trial run in which customer will be given their database and file attachment backups from the cloud system. Once the customer confirms that they are able to restore the data successfully, they will be given a final backup on a date of their choosing communicated to Celoxis at least 7 days in advance.
Unfortunately, you will have to pay the data migration charges again for the new database software that you have chosen.
