Archive users

POST/api/v2/users/delete/{id1},{id2},…Archive up to 50 users

Only administrators can use this endpoint. This is a soft delete: archived users appear in the People Bin. Already archived users are skipped.

Optionally send p_to_uid to reassign work to another active user in the same company. Users cannot archive themselves or be their own replacement.
