Resources Format
- Separate each resource allocation with a comma.
- Each resource allocation is a combination of the resource with its allocation
- The resource can be specified as a name or email address or username.
- The allocation is specified as percentage or hours enclosed in square brackets. If unspecified, it is considered 100%.
Some examples:
| Joe Smith | Joe Smith is allocated 100% |
| Joe Smith [50%], Peter Parker | Joe and Peter are allocated 50% and 100% respectively |
| Joe Smith [5h], Peter Parker[10h] | Joe and Peter are allocated 5 hours and 10 hours respectively |
