Resources Format

  • Separate each resource allocation with a comma.
  • Each resource allocation is a combination of the resource with its allocation
  • The resource can be specified as a name or email address or username.
  • The allocation is specified as percentage or hours enclosed in square brackets. If unspecified, it is considered 100%.

Some examples:

Joe SmithJoe Smith is allocated 100%
Joe Smith [50%], Peter ParkerJoe and Peter are allocated 50% and 100% respectively
Joe Smith [5h], Peter Parker[10h]Joe and Peter are allocated 5 hours and 10 hours respectively
