Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Sales, 1-2 years of experience and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend prospect calls and assist with follow-up actions.
- Engage in smooth, informal conversations with prospects and customers while actively listening to their needs.
- Schedule and coordinate follow-up meetings with prospects.
- Document key details from meetings and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Update and manage the CRM system (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Provide periodic sales reports and insights to the team.
- Follow up on sales action items to ensure timely progress.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining prompt, courteous communication and addressing any concerns.
Key Requirements
- MBA in Sales or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage in casual, personable conversations with clients and team members.
- Strong listening skills and a genuine care for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to follow instructions scrupulously and respond quickly to emails.
- Proficiency in CRM systems; knowledge of HubSpot is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
